The Cloud Certified Professional certification is achieved by passing Exam C90.01A plus any one additional exam. Therefore, it is considered a basic designation that is automatically attained by anyone that also attains one of the more specialized CCP certifications. The Cloud Certified Technology Professional certification requires the completion of three specific exams, including one lab exam. These completion of these exams prove demonstrated proficiency with cloud computing technology mechanisms that form the basis of this specialized designation.

"After I am certified, am I allowed to put "CCP" after my name?"

The honors designation applies to all CCP certifications, except for the Cloud Certified Professional certification.

"Arcitura Education offers separate SOA courses and accreditation as part of the SOASchool.com SOA Certified Professional (SOACP) program. Does this mean that SOA topics are not covered in CCP courses?"

Yes, that is correct. The CCP program is dedicated to cloud computing topics only. Although study supplements are provided to map these topics to courses from other schools, the use of these supplements is optional and not considered part of the official course content. CCP courses and exams are intended for cloud computing professionals without bias to methodologies, architectural models, or design paradigms. Therefore, CCP courses and learning objectives do not include SOA topics.
